Assess
Agent Skills are reusable capabilities for AI agents, comparable to plugins, but specifically tailored to the needs of Coding Agents. They encapsulate procedural knowledge in the form of instructions, workflows or actions that an agent can retrieve and execute as needed.
We are experimenting with skills to standardise project-specific conventions and recurring tasks for our agents, for example code review checklists, deployment workflows or architecture validations. The aim is to increase consistency when working with AI agents and to make it easier to get started on new projects.
